In addition to the prices shown on the products, the respective shipping costs are added to each order, which are calculated based on the number of bottles in the order and the place of delivery. The total shipping costs will also be automatically calculated when placing your order in the Online Store, and the calculation parameters can be changed without prior notice.

Your order will be packaged, preferably, in a packaging made in EPS, specific for sending wine. EPS respects the environment. Its manufacture uses fewer natural resources than other packaging materials. It does not contain any toxic or dangerous product for the environment or for the ozone layer (it is free of CFCs) and it is totally recyclable.
The order always follows with the respective waybill; The customer should take into account that the shipping times are estimated times, if the carrier tries to make a delivery and the customer is not at home at the time of receipt, the delivery time may change.
Casal dos Capelinhos delivers wines in the following countries: Portugal, Spain, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Slovakia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Republic Czech and Romania.
If the country for which you want to place your order is not on our list, contact us via email geral@casaldoscapelinhos.pt@casaldoscapelinhos.pt so that we can evaluate the possibility of making the shipment.

In general, after dispatch, an order at Casal dos Capelinhos online store, takes time to be delivered:
• Between 2 to 4 working days for mainland Portugal
• Between 4 to 15 working days for Europe

It is the customers' responsibility to seize the respective orders, as well as to pay customs fees, if any. In case of return of products Casal dos Capelinhos will refund only the respective amount for these same products. In case of doubts the customer can contact Casal dos Capelinhos before ordering.
Casal dos Capelinhos has contracted services with specialized carriers for the purpose of deliveries in Portugal, Europe and most countries in the world. Every effort is made to comply with the shipping and delivery deadlines, however it should be noted that the possible delays in deliveries may be alien to Casal dos Capelinhos, and in these cases it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery times.
Most deliveries are made during business hours on working days at the shipping address indicated by the customer when submitting the order.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the transport company due to absence, a transit notice is always left in the customer's mailbox with the carrier's instructions. Depending on the service and the carrier, orders must be collected at the location indicated by the same in the passage notice, or the indications requested in the same notice must be followed.
