A Douro white, produced with grapes from Quinta da Veiga located at a lower level (200 meters altitude) that give the wine the structure and aromatic potential, harvested on the same day as the grapes from Quinta do Chão do Pereiro, located to an upper level (600 meters of altitude) that add all the acidity and freshness to the wine.

Vinification: In an open spout system, the grapes were destemmed and pressed, followed by decantation for 48 hours at 8ºC. After separating the coarse lees, the must started alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, for approximately 30 days. Bright citrus yellow color. Intense and well-defined aroma with fruity and floral notes. In the mouth it is balanced, very fresh and with good structure.

Service temperature: serve between 7 and 10ºC.

Harmonization: ideal for refreshing your summer gatherings. It preferably accompanies seafood, fish and cheese.
